A Message From Key Assets Culture Council Member, Flash Kinney
First off, a big shout out to our Key Assets family! These past few months, we’ve experienced a wide range of emotions in such a monumental time. For me personally, Staff Appreciation Month was a nice reminder that we are all essential to our organization and our community – thank you, Executive Leadership team for your thoughtfulness!
Working with Key Assets on the Culture Council has given me a new perspective on our organization as a whole and where our current culture is. One of our biggest obstacles has been engagement and it is our goal to overcome this by strengthening our bonds within the company. We’ll be sharing more on virtual hangouts soon and hope team members will consider taking time to be a part of these events. This will help each of us from settling into a monotonous work routine. Instead, we hope to encourage everyone to start to build relationships with each other, in order to find support and create bonds to strengthen us personally and professionally. As members of the Culture Council, we are here to help you! Thank you to fellow council members Kaley Stuart, Charle Butler, Tabitha Whitt, Lori Cooke and Dee Roberson as well.
