As we enter 2025, Key Assets Kentucky is more committed than ever to serving Kentucky’s youth at risk of falling through the cracks. This year, we are taking significant steps to strengthen our impact through foundational sponsorships and informational tours of our seven group homes. These goals are designed to help community members and partners understand our mission on a deeper level while ensuring that the youth we serve have the resources they need to thrive.
Our Mission: Supporting Youth at Risk
At Key Assets Kentucky, we believe that every young person deserves a safe and supportive environment where they can heal, grow, and succeed. Our seven group homes across Central Kentucky are at the heart of our mission, providing stability and professional support to youth who often face challenges beyond their years. These homes are not just shelters—they are spaces of care, connection, and transformation, where youth receive the tools and opportunities they need to build brighter futures. In addition, each home has a “Key Corner”, a private therapy space, offering residents a safe environment to connect and thrive. Donor support helps us maintain this vital space for those who need it most.
In Q1 2025, our focus is clear:
- Build a foundation of sponsors for the “Key Corner” in each of our group homes.
- Invite our community to experience our mission firsthand through group home tours.

Goal 1: Foundational Sponsors for Group Homes’ Key Corner
Our group homes provide critical services, but maintaining these homes, programs, and therapy rooms requires ongoing, reliable support.
This year, we are seeking foundational sponsors for each of our seven group homes therapy rooms. Foundational sponsors will play a vital role in ensuring:
- Safe and welcoming environments for the youth who live there.
- Therapeutic and educational programs that address mental health and social development.
- Basic needs and amenities that create a sense of stability and home.

- Sponsors commit to supporting one group home for a specific period.
